New Carrier Compliance Calendar
See what is coming due, which dates depend on your USDOT number, and where you still need to confirm state, driver, vehicle or insurance records.
This is a local reminder planner—not a regulator-connected compliance system. An estimated date is never proof that a requirement applies to your operation.

“Nominal” deadlines may move because of weekends, holidays or jurisdiction rules. “Planning” milestones help with preparation but are not necessarily legal due dates. Confirm applicability and due dates with the linked authority.
What this calendar does not decide
Federal vs. state
MCS-150 comes from the USDOT digits. UCR and IFTA depend on participation or licensing. IRP renewal dates, state-specific permits and local taxes must be checked with the base jurisdiction.
Driver and vehicle records
A single query date covers only the driver you entered. Each driver and each inspected vehicle may have separate dates. Inspection due dates and insurance renewals should be checked against actual records.
Business-day adjustments
IRS and state deadlines can shift for weekends or holidays. The tool displays certain nominal calendar dates rather than guessing state closures or IRS holidays. Always review the official filing instructions.
